I applied online through a referral and received an online assessment a week later. The assessment covered data structures and algorithmic questions, which were in the LeetCode hard range. I failed the online assessment itself.

A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. We discussed the interview process, and they scheduled the first three discussions consecutively. I sent multiple follow-up emails and calls for feedback but didn't receive any update from the recruiter.

It was the first step of the interview process, a live coding round. There was no feedback on rejection, but I received an email soon about the results. Good feedback for the interviewer.
