I went through four rounds of LeetCode interviews. I was quite surprised they never asked questions about working with people. It was totally tech-focused. I will say the HR recruiter was far more human than my experience interviewing with Microsoft

I went through 5 rounds of on-site interviews. The first 3 rounds went well, but the 4th round, a coding challenge regarding BST, was difficult. I implemented my initial solution and then wanted to tweak it to add another logic that was requested ori
