Data-Driven & Metrics Emphasized
Being a data-heavy company, many decisions are based on metrics (delivery times, error rates, customer satisfaction). This gives QA a chance to connect quality work to measurable outcomes, for example, reducing order errors and reducing late deliveries. It also meant there were KPIs for product quality, which helps to keep things on track when QA pushes back.
