Pros: The company has some good work cultures:
* No blaming culture, even though you make mistakes that affect millions of users. The issue mitigation will not blame anyone; instead, it focuses on how to mitigate issues as soon as possible.
* EMs are very capable and give good feedback every 1:1. So far, I've had two different managers here.
* Even though there's a WFO policy, you can take WFH requests easily.
Cons: There's a time-in-grade policy. You can't be in one grade for too long, or you'll get PIP.
