Process

Overall, I was very impressed with the company. Perhaps because it was a small company and not publicly listed, they treated the interviewer very seriously and were very friendly. Throughout the interview, you could feel the sincerity and respect. This feeling is not experienced in most large companies.

In addition, although there were several rounds of interviews, I communicated with a few engineers, a recruiter, and the Seattle office manager. They all gave me a very good impression – they seemed pragmatic and willing to work hard for the team.

Grab finally gave me an offer. As a small company, their package is still very competitive. Especially the cash component, it was almost the most generous one I received. In addition, their various benefits and insurance are also top-tier in the industry.

I have not yet decided whether to accept their offer. However, this is one of the three companies I interviewed with that I personally feel is the best. For those who are eager for challenges and opportunities, I highly recommend you consider Grab.
