Pros: Plethora of opportunities to learn and grow in an extremely fast-paced environment. Amazing leaders with a great vision on serving their best to the SEA and the Grabbers too. Teams with incredible talent pools, open & positive mindsets, and very friendly. Kudos to the POPs teams for hiring such talents and getting them all under one roof. POPs teams are friendly on the floor and have always been promoting an open, positive, and a healthy culture. A great work-life balance and very good employment benefits, catering to different age groups and not limiting to insurance and internet. Childcare partnerships and Grabber Assistance Programs. Very good employee engagement programs and innovative surprise events. Employee trainings every quarter, ensuring everyone is skilled and moves with the same pace. You just need to ask for one if there's something missing, and you get it.

Cons: Nothing is perfect, but I'm glad to see teams starting from POPs (first person you contact for an open position) to the topmost exec of the company striving to make it better every day for the SEA and the Grabbers.
