I had a phone screen and two rounds of technical interviews.
Afterward, HR and the team ghosted me. They are not picking up my calls or replying to emails.
The least a company can do is keep the interview process transparent and give timely feedback to candidates.
Even if you reject somebody, let them know instead of keeping them hanging.

Pros: Upper management provides various support for employee growth, e.g., making the adoption of AI tools mandatory for employees, which not only benefits the company's productivity but also employees' growth.
Cons: Recently, a new policy was introduced for SE roles. G3 has 4 years to be promoted to G4 (senior), and G4 has 5 years to be G5 (lead). Crossing that will mean getting PIP and being retrenched.
