1st round - Interview with the hiring manager to know your background and also a small technical assessment on algorithms.

2nd round - Interview with another technical employee. This was similar to the 1st round interview.

3rd round - Was supposed to interview with another technical employee on the same day as the 2nd round, but it was rescheduled to the next week because "the employee has emergency issues to settle." The following week, the interview was canceled at the last minute, and I only found out when I asked the recruiter. The reason given was "the interviewer has an emergency today."

Overall: This was a very unprofessional way to handle the interview schedule.

1. 1st round - The hiring manager had already informed the recruiter that the interview needed to be rescheduled, but I was not informed about it. I only found out when no one joined the Zoom interview 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

2. 3rd round

   • The recruiter rescheduled the interview to the next week just 30 minutes before the original scheduled date.
   • The recruiter did not ask for my available time and just scheduled it.
   • On the next scheduled time, the interviewer no-showed again, and I found out by asking the recruiter myself.
   • I asked the recruiter when the 3rd round of the interview would be, but she ignored my message after reading it. I contacted the hiring manager and then found out I had been rejected.

Advice: Please be professional in handling the interview process and respect your candidate's time, as you are not a "small company" anymore.
