It's horrible.
My first round was with a senior engineer, and he didn't even join the call. I found his LinkedIn, texted him, and texted the recruiter, but no one replied. I dropped off the call after 30 minutes 😂.
They replied a few days later, gave me some lame excuse, and rescheduled for another day. This time, we talked for 2 hours, even though the meeting was scheduled for only 1 hour. I had the impression that the engineer was really impressed and would pass me this round. However, his feedback was negative, and they rejected me. Well, here's my negative feedback for Grab and for him for missing the interview entirely.
The recruiter told me that he thought I was a great candidate and that he would match me with another team.
Sadly, until now, after 3 years, I still haven't received any reply from the recruiter. His LinkedIn went grey.
