A developer interviewed me, and the second interviewer didn't bother showing up. The dev only asked development-related questions and nothing about testing, QA, or automation. The interviewer also turned off his camera in the middle of the interview.

It felt like the interview was set up for failure, and the interviewers couldn't care any less – just filling slots to get the job done. It seemed like I was doing a dev interview, and the interviewer was tasked to only ask dev questions. I wish I had done a SET interview for this guy with QA/automation testing and seen him fail miserably.

I cannot recommend such careless interviews and was expecting more from such a big company. It seems just corporate greed and show-off will lead the way. Maybe the teams are racially biased as well; there is a slight hint of that with the people I know who work here and who get hired.
