Pros: Really decent people trying to get stuff done. No one is overtly toxic, and people in general are quite warm and helpful. Generous compensation for Indonesia. Going to be profitable soon based on their earnings report. Engineering scale is insane. Exco has tried their best to prevent lay-offs in my opinion.

Cons: - Top-down management. Regional management in Singapore dictates how Grab operates in each country. Low-level Grabbers (Seniors and below) are rarely consulted on things like how teams are structured. It seems like high-level leaders enjoy experimenting without collecting feedback from their grunt workers. - Leading from the point above, Grab is currently heavily centralized, and the entire organization feels bloated and confusing to navigate. - Low-level leaders aren't empowered to make decisions for their teams. - POPs (Grab's HR department) has, in my opinion, been slightly hostile towards Grabbers recently and tone-deaf with their concerns.
