Process
I applied through Charterhouse and received a coding test invitation (Codility) a few weeks later. The test was not difficult. After I finished the test (Score 94), four days later, I received the recruiter's email. She asked me to provide my availability for an explanation of the further interview process.
I provided three time slots promptly but received no reply. The following week, all my provided time slots passed, so I gave her an update with new timeslots. Still, I received no reply.
One week later, I asked her again and again received no reply.
I'm disappointed with this company. Even if the position is closed, shouldn't candidates get an update?

The sharing sessions provided by interns and employees from other teams gave me an insight into what each team does.Cons: Laptop equipment took 3 weeks to arrive. It was difficult to contact the mentors sometimes due to workload. Working from home during COVID made it impossible to meet the team face-to-face and I could not experience the office environment.
