I applied online. The process took two weeks.

• Applied through their recruitment platform and got an email one day later.
• Scheduled a TA interview and got invited into a user interview the next week.
• The user interview got rescheduled one time.

I joined the user interview meeting and waited for twenty minutes, but the interviewer didn't even bother to come or give an update. I talked to my recruiter, and they said they would reschedule the interview. Then I got ghosted until several months later, when the same recruiter texted me saying that they found my data in their database and they might have found a fitting role for me, which was the SAME ROLE that I applied for the first time. I replied again to tell them that I already got an offer, and then the recruiter didn't even bother to reply—no thanks for the information, nothing. They really need to improve their recruitment experience. At least they should try to treat candidates as humans.
