Teams with incredible talent pools, open & positive mindsets, and very friendly. Kudos to the POPs teams for hiring such talents and getting them all under one roof. POPs teams are friendly on the floor and have always been promoting an open, positive, and a healthy culture. A great work-life balance and very good employment benefits, catering to different age groups and not limiting to insurance and internet. Childcare partnerships and Grabber Assistance Programs. Very good employee engagement programs and innovative surprise events. Employee trainings every quarter, ensuring everyone is skilled and moves with the same pace. You just need to ask for one if there's something missing, and you get it.

Cons: Nothing is perfect, but I'm glad to see teams starting from POPs (first person you contact for an open position) to the topmost exec of the company striving to make it better every day for the SEA and the Grabbers.

Pros: Truthfully, one of the best places in Singapore right now as a junior (0-2 years experience) to land a job, especially in the backend team. You have a chance to work on interesting regional roll-out products. Actually being treated like a human and having the chance to influence and make decisions that affect business purposes. Culture-wise, there is now a very open conversation about levels and career paths. We were welcome to participate in that. Everyone in Engineering works on the same floor. There are good managers who can lead without aggression, and a diverse team makes for a fun workplace. There is crazy youthful energy on the Engineering floor; everyone is so motivated, it's hard to fall behind.

Cons: Work-life balance is important. Some people have too many responsibilities and no source of help. The only way to prevent burnout or a deep valley where employees feel they cannot be helped is to understand how to treat them. Legacy employees from old-school companies should not be hired into management teams as decision-makers.

Pros: We are constantly using the latest AI models, and the manager always allows me to try out new things.

Cons: The growth or promotion bar is not certain, and there is no specific goal to work for.
