I applied on LinkedIn and was given a simple Codility test. After passing the test, I was contacted by a Grab recruiter to set up an interview.

What followed was, by far, the most infuriating interview experience I've ever had.

I received an email invite for an interview set for the next week. However, just 15 minutes later, the interview was cancelled. Then, I received an email to reschedule the interview using Grab's GABI appointment bot. I selected a timeslot and was sent another interview invite. But again, 15 minutes later, the invite was cancelled.

This cycle repeated almost half a dozen times. I would select a timeslot with the GABI bot, only for the interview appointment to be cancelled, requiring me to reschedule repeatedly.

I contacted the recruiter to see if we could manually set up an interview, but I received no response.

It's been weeks, and I'm still unsure whether I have an interview scheduled.

It seems Grab has become so large that they've stopped caring about individual candidates.
