Applied way in advance, they took really long to contact me (like I think a few months), hopped onto a vid call where they asked a trivial Python array manipulation question. They sent out an acceptation within the next few days but only gave 1 day to accept it. I couldn't 'cause I was waiting on other companies, so I let it slip.

Pros: Upper management provides various support for employee growth, e.g., making the adoption of AI tools mandatory for employees, which not only benefits the company's productivity but also employees' growth.
Cons: Recently, a new policy was introduced for SE roles. G3 has 4 years to be promoted to G4 (senior), and G4 has 5 years to be G5 (lead). Crossing that will mean getting PIP and being retrenched.
