I had a telephonic interview with a recruiter, followed by a telephonic technical interview, three technical rounds, and an on-site hiring manager interview.

The technical rounds consisted of:

• Two algorithm questions
• One system design question

All interviews heavily focused on understanding my previous experience.

One of the on-site technical interviewers seemed intent on disparaging my current employer and product. He was very proud of his work at Grab, which is great, but trashing other companies comes across as arrogance.

The hiring manager seemed quite disconnected and had not reviewed my resume prior to the interview.
