The interviewers and engineers are the nicest I have ever met. They were from the Digibank team, and throughout the whole process, they were encouraging me and leading me in the right direction to solve the questions when I got stuck or faced bugs. The second interviewer even took an extra hour to lead me to the right answer for the problem I was stuck with.
This was the best interview experience I've had. Although I didn't receive an offer, the interviewers made me feel very excited about working at Grab and with awesome people like them!

Engineering scale is insane. Exco has tried their best to prevent lay-offs in my opinion.Cons: - Top-down management. Regional management in Singapore dictates how Grab operates in each country. Low-level Grabbers (Seniors and below) are rarely consulted on things like how teams are structured. It seems like high-level leaders enjoy experimenting without collecting feedback from their grunt workers. - Leading from the point above, Grab is currently heavily centralized, and the entire organization feels bloated and confusing to navigate. - Low-level leaders aren't empowered to make decisions for their teams. - POPs (Grab's HR department) has, in my opinion, been slightly hostile towards Grabbers recently and tone-deaf with their concerns.
