Great work environment. Good management.
It's hard to cooperate with teams across countries.
TL;DR: Not professional, a very political environment with a condescending Head of Engineering. He failed me but could not specify where, offering only a vague, general answer. If it's a matter of skillset, he should be able to provide detailed feedb
After only two rounds of technical interviews, which were fairly easy, I was told I did not pass. One day later, I was informed it was a mistake, and I received the offer straight away.
Onsite interview. A round of technical review with the director in my target group, and a round interview with HR about my interests and career plan. The process takes about 1 hour.
