- Lots of great internal materials for learning.
- Great work-life balance.
- Team members respect each other regardless of levels.
- The pace got slower and slower because of more and more processes.
- Nobody really cares about cleaning up legacy code.
- Promotion is not fair among teams.
- The hiring process is lousy and the quality of new Grabbers is getting lower.
- Remove redundant processes and try to focus on solving the problems users are facing, as we did before.
- Reform the hiring process.
