The salary is good. If you know how to negotiate your starting salary, you will have a nice increment compared to your previous company. Hybrid work location (2-3 office days, the rest of the day is for WFA), but it depends on your role and your project. Internal movement job openings exist. Yes, you can have an opportunity to work in other departments. As long as you have approval, you can have a chance to change your daily job and skill up your experience inside Grab.
