Great work-life balance; good if you have young kids. Nobody bothers you after 6 or 7 p.m.
- Super chill, so if you want to push yourself, this is not the place.
- So much headcount, I feel we pursue pointless projects.
- Salary increment and bonus is not much. This is a ride-hailing company, not a hedge fund.
