The interview process involved: * HR screening * Tech interview by a backend engineer * Tech interview by another backend engineer * Tech and culture fit interview by a head of engineering * Offer The whole process took about six weeks.

The interview process was smooth. The HR Representative was very attentive and responsive to all the questions. They were also very clear about the process and prompt with the results.

The process was very casual with no formalities. It was interesting at the beginning but ended up being disappointing. From HRs attending me to the panel rushing through the interview, there was something off in the whole process. I didn't enjoy it
