Received a Codility test with 2 algorithm-based questions, totaling 2 hours to complete. It requires a great understanding of algorithm basics and strong problem-solving skills. Similar to medium to hard difficulty questions on LeetCode.

After the written round, I had one Skype round which went very well. After a long wait of one week, I found out that I was not selected. I don't know why.

It was a very bad experience. It took months, and there was no proper communication from the HR team. They didn't even ask about my convenient time for scheduling the interview; they directly sent a calendar invite.
