Ask if you will be doing the stuff you were hired to do
- It provides good service to the people of SEA.
- Bad WLB: Be prepared for 9 PM - 1 AM meetings.
- CTO openly says US hires are too expensive, so there's limited growth in the US.
- Working with sub-standard engineers in SEA means you don't learn much.
If the CTO is so negative about the US R&D office, why have it in the US?
