I applied online. The process took 1 day. They ask if you got a degree first. If no, do not bother. Even though you have 10+ years in software and architecting services at scale. Usually they lead with a LeetCode style, or ghost you if you indicate

The interviewers and engineers are the nicest I have ever met. They were from the Digibank team, and throughout the whole process, they were encouraging me and leading me in the right direction to solve the questions when I got stuck or faced bugs. T

HackerRank: 2 questions, 1.5 hr total. If successful, there are 2 x 45-minute interviews per position applied for. Interview experience varied greatly between teams. All interviewers were engineers from a prospective team.
