Pros

Free drinks and snacks in the office.

Work-life balance is good.

Cons

Terrible people management. If you are not Indian or Chinese and are in an Indian/Chinese team, you will never be promoted until all other Indians have been promoted. The same applies to bonuses and salary increments.

For example, I have two colleagues on my team: one is Indian, and the other is not. The non-Indian colleague was told by his Indian manager that he was good enough to be promoted to the next level, but due to budget limits, no one in the team could be promoted this year. However, after one month, we found that the other Indian colleague, who was on the same team and managed by the same manager, was promoted without any given reason, which is quite unfair.

The CEO said: Grabbers should work for vision, not for money. What a suck announcement. This announcement made Grabbers feel quite terrible. It looks like the CEO thinks Grabbers don't need money for rent, food, and living. He thought everyone was like him, rich enough to work for vision but not for money to live. Quite ridiculous.

Advice to Management

Do not always put your eyes on those who are the same race as you. Managers, please focus on employee performance.
