The worst part is that people at higher levels do less work and just delegate. f) Diversity is decreasing in HQ. People are inviting their friends with 1-2 interviews and they become part of the company. I have seen cases where some experienced people got rejected because of favoritism. g) Micromanagement: Managers micromanage. The "4H" is just words. h) High Politics: Your work and showcase are highly dependent on your age and relations with your manager.
