Pros: Cereal, fruit, and veggies.
Free drinks.
Nice office.
Cons: False "values" they brainwash you with, but at the end, it's the company that doesn't stick to the values it wants you to live by.
Management doesn't care about you. They close multiple locations just to bump share price and then start the hiring process again. The fact you got in the way was just your problem.
