There were two rounds for me: one phone screen and one technical round. The technical round was a bit tough. You have to know data structures and algorithms very well.

Software Development Engineer In Test • Current Employee
Chicago, Illinois, United States
January 17, 2014
Pros: No dress code, free soda and vitamin water, no vacation policy.
Cons: No discipline. People come in and out at their own sweet time, with the start time being 11:30 AM or even 3:30 PM for some. There is a lack of a basic code of professionalism. There is no team spirit. Leadership is curt and people feel offended when asked for an explanation. Horrible HR reps, especially in Chicago – you'll know when you go for an interview. Peer interviewers are not willing to hire. Every person walks with an attitude (don't know about what!).

Cons: 'Work hard, play hard' attitude is sometimes taken too far. There is really never much pressure to do anything.
If you are a competitive person who wants to move up, you might get frustrated with how things go here.
