Starting from the recruiter till my first phone round, everything has been bad.
The recruiter hardly gets back, and you'll have to follow up with her multiple times. The phone interviewer was the worst; he would ask something and not even care about defining the problems properly. A complete 'blah, assume anything' attitude!
I felt like hanging up. It was like talking to myself most of the time.
Definitely not joining this company; the interviews themselves show the culture.
