Pros: The benefits are good. I liked my coworkers a lot, and the company really seems to be trying to do right.
Cons: The current manager of the Android team is not doing their part to keep product expectations in line. In the last six months I worked there, half the team quit after a huge project overflowed into day-to-day life at the company. Burnout is talked about, but no concessions are given. Even the "unlimited PTO" they offer comes with strings attached and disapproval on multiple fronts. I couldn't recover from burnout and left.

Pros: Good in-hand salary. Lot of freedom to explore and experiment. One can grow fast and get quick promotions.
Cons: Does not offer good stock options. Not a great place for guided learning. People are not optimistic about the business model.
