There's a phone interview first, then an on-site interview.
Just one suggestion: do bring your own energy bar for lunch. They might ask behavioral questions during lunch, and you won't know whether you should answer those questions with food in your mouth. It's better if you eat your own quick snack. Otherwise, you will be so hungry that you couldn't think well in the afternoon.
