Horrible experience! Please stay away from this organization.

Overall, their communication, importance given to the candidate, and the level of questions were third-class. They just waste time and don't really mean to hire a candidate. It's not even worth attending for practice because the level of questions is very bogus.

This has been the weirdest experience of my life. The recruiter called me to discuss my work and invited me for an interview. The entire schedule was communicated via email and it went as follows:

• They don't compromise on time. So, the candidate must appear only on a weekday, at their own convenient time. Three rounds of discussions happened, and they said everything was clear. As per the schedule, the bar raiser round was pending. The panel did not have time, and I had to go on another day.

• I took another day's leave and appeared for another discussion. They said it was good and the last round. I was told to wait for an update. Also, I received an email requesting my employment documents.

• The next day, I got a call asking me to appear for one more round. They explained the reason for this round was to judge technical fitment. I had no option but to go on another day for this final round, taking another day off from office. I waited for around 1.5 to 2 hours, and no panel member was present. I had to wait, and then finally, the panel arrived and had a discussion with me. Though it was an add-on round, it was a usual discussion. Then they said that all rounds were done.

• The next day again, I got a call asking for my availability for another round of discussion on a code-pair. This is something that irritated me greatly. With much reluctance (thinking it would be practice for me), I appeared for this round and tried to attempt the questions, but finally received the regret email.
