I’ve been with Groupon India for a while now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best work experiences I’ve had. The work culture is super collaborative, and there’s a strong sense of ownership across the board. You’re trusted with responsibilities, and your ideas actually get heard and implemented — which is refreshing.

There’s a healthy balance between work and personal life, and the flexibility the company offers really helps with that. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there’s a lot of focus on learning and development, especially in tech.

The kind of problems we’re solving are genuinely interesting, and there’s room to experiment, fail fast, and improve. The people here are smart, humble, and driven — which makes it fun to come to work every day.

Like most growing tech orgs, we do have some legacy systems, but it’s being actively addressed. Also, working across time zones can be a bit tricky sometimes, but it’s manageable.

Keep up the openness and focus on tech innovation. It’s motivating to see the direction we’re heading in.
