- Little to no focus on actual work; all the time has to be spent updating Jira with deadlines, due dates, story points, and reasons for skipping due dates.
- They will decide the due date themselves.
- Have to work 8-10 hours on weekends.
- No appraisals or bonuses.
Can't give any advice. The management is actually a bunch of investors who want the stock price to increase at the cost of WLB, bonuses, and appraisals of the employees.
