There is a friendly atmosphere with a strong emphasis on pairing and writing the highest quality code possible.
There is a lack of unity. Many teams work without communicating between teams. This can cause code to be re-written and some misinformation to be spread.
Help unify the different departments in engineering and let teams decide as a larger group what standards should be in place to maintain quality.
