Great Learning, Variable Pay Miss
Groupon is a nice place to work, where you will get a lot of learning opportunities. The best part is you can switch between different services whenever you want to learn or work on something new. Management is cool and cares about the employees.
The variable pay distribution is not on par. You might end up in getting only 50% of the variable. But it was the COVID time, and I can't complain about this.
