There are many smart engineers and amazing software architects at Groupon. I am so humbled to be working with them and learning from them. The Dublin team is very diverse and inclusive. Retention has been dropping since COVID hit the company. Some brilliant engineers from Groupon have since left the company. However, this also means more work opportunities for career advancement within Groupon.
