Pros: Cutting-edge technology stack, minimal bureaucracy, and great colleagues. Some of the benefits, like unlimited time off and learning Fridays, are really awesome.

Cons: Your career path is not clear, and there's a lot of competition. Health benefits are middling. Unfortunately, the stock price isn't helping when it comes to competitive compensation.

Pros: Lots of scope and decent work.

Cons: Leadership lacks long-term vision, and the overall firm outlook seems bleak.

Pros: The benefits aren’t bad, and depending on your team, it can be great. A good focus on supporting non-white groups.

Cons: If you’re not working as a software engineer, they will underpay you severely. Whenever I’m in the office, I never see them actually working; they are just playing around. When I ask them what they actually do, they say there’s not much they have to worry about. They just have to make sure certain things are done by the end of the week, but even that isn’t much of a workload. Meanwhile, hourly employees or any non-software engineers are having additional work added to their already large workload with no additional pay. Half the teams did not receive an annual pay raise, even though they’re the reason Grubhub is in the green. Pay is not equal between men and women. There’s a huge argument currently happening at Grubhub over this and how they’re not being transparent.
