As a leading company, you are working with cutting-edge technology.

Cons: Growing economically within the company is very difficult. Depending on the department you end up in, you might have a large number of benefit cuts or not. The lack of equal conditions between departments seems unfair to me.
There is no clear professional development for career growth.
