Process
The recruiter called and was really friendly.
This led to a setup for a 30-minute phone interview with the manager. Subsequently, a 4-hour onsite interview was scheduled to meet with several members from the team.
Each member had a different role, so a variety of both technical and non-technical questions were asked.
I received a verbal offer the next day, negotiated, and approved the formal offer the following week.
