Process
I was interviewing for the position of DevOps Engineer and applied online. The process involved one recruiter screen and eight technical rounds. It took more than two months to reach a conclusion about not proceeding further with hiring a candidate, and that was after taking eight rounds of video conferencing interviews.
The whole interview process was way too slow. I had to follow up multiple times to get an update on a previous round, which was frustrating.
