A quick call from a recruiter, based on an internal referral, was followed up by a call from the hiring manager a couple of days later. In-person interviews took place one week after that. An offer was made and accepted the next day.
The recruiter was super engaged and supportive throughout the process. All interviews were conducted professionally. Although the questions were not easy, the experience felt comfortable, like chatting with industry peers about work history, technology, leadership style, and more.
