The phone interview was very comfortable, with no tricky questions. It was based mostly on the CV and experience.
Then came the online code test, which consisted of three Java questions of medium difficulty. A college graduate should be able to complete them in 3-4 hours. The test was very detail-oriented, covering database and SQL, JMS, and bad code. Unit tests are a good idea, and best practices will earn you points.
