Java Back-end Developer Interview Experience - Kraków, Poland

April 20, 2021
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

There were three rounds:

  1. Two Codility tasks. They were not very complex.
  2. A technical interview.
  3. A technical interview with live coding.

The interview sessions were organized quite well. At the end, there was positive feedback but no offer. The recruiter said they decided not to hire because of the end of the financial period.

After a few months, I asked about the possibility of proceeding with the recruitment process. The recruiter wrote that she would check and get back to me, and then seemed to forget about me. I still haven't received normal feedback.
