This was a screening in the form of an online Codility code challenge. There were two tasks, which were not very difficult. What made this screening bad was the limited time allotted for me to develop a working solution.

There was nothing wrong with the challenges themselves, except for the ticking timer, which was constantly distracting. It was hard to concentrate on solution development, knowing time would expire soon.

I managed to solve the first task but I think I spent too much time on testing it and failed to develop a correct solution for the second. My overall score was not very good, around 70%.

I was never contacted by the recruiter afterwards. I sent one email asking for feedback but never received any.

These were tasks that tested knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
