The interview process was fairly easy. It consisted of a Codility test, followed by a recruiter call, then a technical face-to-face interview. During the face-to-face, two members asked questions about my resume and presented a problem to solve.

Cons: The recruiters are lowballing the new hires in terms of compensation.
Management is not honest with employees in terms of work.
Work is on very old tech, which is outdated on languages like Gosu.
The US office does not have much trust in the India office to provide them better opportunities.
