Process

The hiring process consisted of three rounds:

  • Online Code Test: A 1-hour online coding test with two questions that were not overly challenging but required logical thinking.
  • HR Screening Call: A 20-minute HR screening call (after passing the first round) to discuss company background and benefits.
  • Technical Interview: A 1-hour technical interview that included basic questions about your FYP, projects, and programming languages, a multiple-choice theory question covering inheritance, interfaces, equals vs. ==, and access modifiers, and one live coding question.
  • Hiring Manager Interview: A 1-hour hiring manager interview focused on cultural fit, your goals, personality, soft skills, and experiences.

Overall, it was a good experience. The interviewers were professional and friendly. However, the hiring process took longer than usual or expected.
