Pros: Everyone is kind, supportive, and friendly. Pays well. A lot of interesting benefits. Two days of office days. Understanding manager. Work is not too heavy and is doable.

Cons: Perhaps the tasks are not that challenging. Tech stacks are proprietary, which means not many companies use them, so there's a lack of future aspect.

Pros: Compared with the places I have worked at before, Guidewire would be among the top of the list. The compensation and benefits are well above other local companies. They promote a good work-life balance. They have fun virtual activities occasionally, even with the pandemic. They provide a top-quality laptop to work on. The work environment is good and very constructive. They do their best to provide seniors to guide your work. They also pay attention to your personal development. The standards and practices for development are also the best I have seen and experienced.

Cons: Tough screening for the interview process.

Pros: The working environment is great. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

Cons: I haven't encountered anything bad yet, but I'll update once I do.
